Coach House Cottage has a peaceful rural feel setting, yet is only a ten minute walk to Bournemouth's beach, shops and restaurants. There are seven miles of Blue Flag sandy beaches for sunbathing and relaxing, enjoying a stroll or taking the land train ride along one of the world's safest, cleanest beaches to Hengistbury Head in the East or Poole to the West. For the more energetic take a swim or join in with numerous water sports. Linking the town to the beach are the stunning Lower Gardens with the Bourne Stream, aviary, wonderful flower displays and crazy golf. Here you will also find the Bournemouth Eye, a tethered hot air balloon; where from 200 feet up you get a real bird's eye view of the town and sea. An abundance of shops curve around the gardens, creating a cosmopolitan atmosphere especially when the Continental markets are in town. On Friday nights in the summer enjoy a spectacular firework display on the pier. You will find the glorious county of Dorset, World Heritage Jurassic coast and The New Forest just a short drive away. For those who enjoy shopping Bournemouth and Poole have everything you need and Ikea in Southampton is only thirty minutes away! Coach House Cottage has two bedrooms, both comfortably appointed with a kingsize bed, ensuite, LCD digital televisions offering freeview channels, DVD player, small fridge and tea making facilities. The superior double or twin room upstairs has a lovely large bathroom with seperate shower and a relaxing bath to soak in. Downstairs the room has its own conservatory for you to enjoy a quiet read or drink. There is a patio area to sit and take in Bournemouth's mild and sunny weather.
By Plane: Buses connect Bournemouth Airport with the Travel Interchange where you can transfer to Bournemouth Train Station or the National Express and Flight Link services. Cost to Travel Interchange 4. By Train and Coach: From Train Station/Travel Interchange exit right for 200m, cross Holdenhurst Road and turn right. Head towards roundabout, turn left along Saint Swithun's Road. Take 1st left into Annerley Road. Coach House Cottage is on left hand side at the end of the drive. By Car: From a338 follow signs to East Cliff (asda and station on your left) along St. Paul's Road into St Swithun's Road South. At St. Swithun's roundabout turn left into Christchurch Road a35. Take 1st left into Annerley Road. Coach House Cottage is on left hand side at the end of the drive.
